| | Our Installation Fee Includes The Following - Hook up of low pressure chemical lines from chemical tank to pumping unit. (supplied by Pro Equipment)
- High pressure and low pressure hoses installed from pumping units to each bay. (supplied by Pro Equipment)
- Booms, wands, and wand holders installed in each bay.
- All instruction signs installed in each bay.
- Mounting of vacuum cleaners and other optional equipment purchased from Pro Equipment Co. after wiring and/or necessary plumbing installed by customer.
- Test all equipment to make certain it is operational to customer’s satisfaction.
- Instruct owner/operator on operation and servicing of equipment.
- Installation fee includes initial installation trip an fulfillment of appropriate warranties.
- If a second installation trip is required due to inadequate preparation of customers responsibility, customer will be charged additional fee, at $40.00 per hour.
Installation For Self-Service Customer Is Responsible For The Following: - Install all copper waterlines from the meter to the water softener to water heater to chemical tanks and weep system.
- All 110 volt an 220 volt wiring to unit weep system, boxes, etc.
- Low voltage (24v) wire run from pumping units to each meter. (Wire supplied by Pro Equipment)
- Installation of conduit to each bay for lighting, coin meters, vacuums, and to outlying optional equipment.
- Venting of all heating units through roof. (Customer to furnish all vent pipe.)
- Installation of all plumbing, electric, and/or gas hookups to boiler. (Plumber to light boiler)
- Laying and installation of polyethylene piping for under floor heat where applicable.
- Antifreeze for under floor system. (Boiler to be filled and started by plumber)
- If high security safes are to be used, the safes and meters will of necessity be shipped early to be installed by owner as building is being erected. Same applies to bill changer.
- Must have plumber and electrician on job site when Pro Equipment comes to install equipment.
- Plumber to fill softener with chemical.
- Customer to furnish salt for brine tank.
- Metal plates for 360 degree boom to be mounted to.
- Must have electrical current on job site.
Installation Fees For Automatic - Pro Equipment Installation Fees Include:
- Assembly & welding of all track material furnished by Pro.
- Installation of all low pressure lines furnished by Pro.
- Installation of all high pressure lines furnished by Pro.
- Mounting of all instruction signs
- Programming of ACW.
- Testing of all equipment.
- The installation fee includes the initial installation trip and fulfillment of appropriate warranties.
Note: If a second trip is required due to inadequate preparation of customer’s responsibility, customer will be charged additional fee. Installation For Automatic Customer Is Responsible For The Following: - Water Lines:
- Hookup of all plumbing fixtures
- Hookup of water main
- Hookup of under floor boiler
- Hookup of rail heat, copper from boiler to rail heat
- Plumbing for softener
- (Customer must provide all materials to do the above installation)
- Electric:
- All electrical fixtures
- All conduit, wire, and circuit breakers.
- Installation of wire in conduit
- Hookup of electric and conduit to ACW
- Natural Gas:
- All pipe
- Gas hookup
- Hookup of boiler if needed & lighting of boiler
- Boiler vent and vent pipe
- Floor:
- Installation of all underground tubing & copper lines for under floor heat
- Furnish antifreeze for under floor heat
- Installation of steel floor plates & stop plate
